SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

  • ANY ORIGINAL VERSION OF ARMA 2 from 1.00 to 1.03 other than the Steam version, Steam users should use the auto updating feature instead (their game will not be playable if they apply this patch until they recover it again from Steam)
  • DirectX 9 March 2009 is required and should be updated during the patching process automatically as needed or you can update your version of DirectX from www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/

IMPORTANT: This patch doesn't work with STEAM version. Use steam auto update feature instead if you own Steam version!

HOW TO INSTALL THE PATCH:

  • Run the patch exe to apply the patch setup automatically.
  • It will install all content of the patch to the folder with your ArmA 2 installation (default is C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 or Bohemia Interactive\ArmA2).
  • Please note that it is not possible to rollback to a previous version after the installation of this patch, only a full reinstall of the game is possible, if you want to keep your previous version you may want to backup the entire game installation folder before applying this patch.
  • It is not recommended to use any savegames created in versions 1.00 or 1.01, if you use a savegame from 1.03 some of the fixes may not apply to that game in progress until the beginning of a new mission.

A mi me toca mucho los huevos una cosa, y es que si tienes una partida a medias en Single Player y actualizas, ya no funciona o al menos a mi me tira al escritorio...

esto significa que debemos reinstalar el juego, antes de parchear a la 1.04 o se instala encima de la 1.03 ? o lo unico que dice es que no usemos las partidas guardadas de versiones anteriores ?

Significa que no puedes volver a la 1.03 y que si en algún momento tienes que hacerlo te tocará una fresh install (instalación nueva).
Sobre los savegames lo que comentaban antes, no hay retrocompatibilidad.

como puedo saber los servers k hay del arma2? en game monitor sale solo el arma 1.Es pa ver si me lo pillo o no,depende de lo k juegue la gente xD

Has probado a buscar desde el propio juego? En multiplayer, le das a refresh y verás los servers que hay.

Aún sabiendo que donde el steam pone que está en inglés, se puede cambiar el idioma a español?

Lo digo porque por no gastarme 30€ racaneé 10€ y me compre una clave en ingles, que pa encima con todos los cracks-miniimagenes suele petar al cabo de un rato. Si me decis que está en español (textos, ya se que voces no) y se puede jugar con cualquiera que no tenga el de steam lo compro ya mismo.

Yo lo compré en inglés a Play.com y tengo los textos en español. (La caja y todo en inglés, pero el juego en español vaya)

Luego si, los comprados por steam funcionan con los demás.
