“It’s a thriller/noir type of movie and The Riddler is a serial killer. He and Batman have a cat/mouse game the whole movie. Bruce has mental health issues in the movie and Pattinson gives such a good performance. It’s very plot driven. Most scenes are darkly lit because Batman only comes out at night in this movie. I don’t know if that was written into the script or something but most scenes in the movie take place in the evening. Paul Dano is amazing! One of the best comic book villains in a long time. Like [Heath Ledger] made The Joker larger than life, Paul Dano makes The Riddler his own. It’s extremely haunting and some of it feels like a horror film. You could place his Riddler in a horror movie and he would fit perfectly.”
“Zoe Kravitz was great. I’ve never seen a Catwoman this dangerous/lethal before. Robert Pattinson doesn’t necessarily need to act that much but the good news is that he doesn’t look awkward in the batsuit also his narration was never bothersome. It fits him well. Like in “The Dark Knight” this was all about the villains. Paul Dano as The Riddler is frightening. He suffers from mental illness but so does Bruce Wayne/Batman. That’s the underlying theme of the movie: anxiety/depression/hysteria in the 21st century With all that said this is Matt Reeves’ movie. He’s going for a very horror-centric style. Most of the scenes are shot at night, which gives this version of Batman a very unique feel. If I had to describe what the genre is then I’d say it’s a horror-noir.”

No termina de cuadrarme este batman, no sé, como que le veo escaso.
A ver si cuando salga la pelicula vemos que tal.

No se si el mejor, pero desde luego si que será tratado desde un punto de vista diferente.
Yo la verdad es que le tengo unas ganas inmensas a esta película.
¿Alguno sabe en qué cómic de basa la peli?( No me refiero solo a estética de Batman, que ya se vio, sino a argumento).
Junto a Ego y Año Uno. El año que viene van a sacar junto a la película un paquete con todos agrupados. La película es una historia original que no adapta ninguno en concreto, pero se inspira en el estilo noir de estos.
Y el co-guionista ha escrito también un nuevo cómic original que sale a la venta este mes.
Paul Dano aparte de gran actor es idóndeo para hacer de serial killer/paleto/demente mental (lo siento por él, pero su aspecto es lo que tiene). Ojalá tenga varias escenas sin careta porque será el doble de creepy.
