Creo que es la primera gota de información concreta que ha soltado Blizzard sobre la próxima expansión.
Recordemos, para los despistados, que las expansiones salen en forma de nuevos sobres, como pasó con GvG y con Susurros de los Dioses Antiguos.
Y hablando de GvG… ¿no se parecerá demasiado?

I'm expecting that the next postcard will be from another locale. Blizzard likes to announce the announcement. If the expansion were Gadgetzan, then this would BE the announcement. I think the expansion will have basically a cruise ship/love boat theme stopping off at various destinations around Azeroth.
Basically, I think starting with the Gadgetzan postcard will prove to be nothing more than an epic troll.

My guess is the next theme is LOCATIONS, which will include "field spells" (thus the postcard) and also AoE type effects ("location-wide" effects)

Well, this was rather unexpected.
People expected Pirates and Murlocs -- and while Gadgetzan is locationally favouring of either (especially with The Shattering making it a remarkable beachfront property), it is also markedly close to Zul'Furrak, inhabited by sand trolls and it is also located in the same zone that the Caverns of Time is in. There's a lot of room for diversity if this is indeed the new expansion.

Gadgetzan is also right next door to the Caverns of Time which in my opinion would make for a much better expansion

According to WoWWiki, this is said about Tanaris (the region in which Gadgetzan is the "main city"):

Whispers of the Old Gods was going to be a Old Gods vs Titans expansions but they decided that each faction alone was worth an expansion, so an expansion that at least include Titans or Titans related stuff is expected, probably before Old Gods cycle out of standard so they can fight against each other.
