Buenas, quiero migrar un pj de un server a otro. He entrado en la web oficial y he clickeando a MOVER PERSONAJE pero solamente me aparece noseque de FAQS y otro link, que clickeandolo, no me aparece nada. Podriais explicarme paso a paso lo que tengo que hacer? Gracias
¿Has probado desde tu cuenta?
Entra desde la pagina web a "Gestión de la cuenta", una vez dentro de tu cuenta veras varias opciones: Recruit a Friend, Paid Character Transfer,...
Selecciona Paid Character Transfer y luego sigue los pasos. Al cabo de una 1h vuelve a esta misma pagina y "repite" el proceso, aparecerá una opción de confirmación, confirma.
Pues digo yo que seria tu propia cuenta, no?
Vamos, no recuerdo exactamente ese paso. Pero vaya, imagino que existe la opción de migrar un PJ de una cuenta a otra cuenta distinta.
En tu caso (si es que es tu caso) vas a migrar el PJ de un servidor a otro pero todo dentro de la misma cuenta.
How do I transfer one of my characters to another realm?
Simply log on to the account management section, click the "Paid Character Transfer" button and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to answer your secret question to begin the transfer process. At some point during the process you will be asked for your credit card information. Please note that this is for verification purposes only. Your credit card (or account) will not be billed at this time.
Once you have specified your transfers, entered the necessary information, and confirmed the transfers, you will receive a confirmation email. Also, the characters you signed up for a transfer will be locked until the transfer finishes, which should take no more than five (5) days. Think of it as your characters being "in transit". When the transfer has finished, you will receive another email with instructions on how to complete the process. Follow these instructions, and your characters will be unlocked and ready to play on the new realm.
