Imo this is the way to start:
- Get the quest for the tempest keep alignment from the starter in Shadowmoon Valley(i believe).
- Get revered with the factions needed to enter the heroic instances. Run the heroic instances and get aligned to enter Tempest Keep.
- Complete Serpentshire Caverns
- Complete Tempest Keep
- Complete Past Hyjal
- ???
- Profit!
Also to the OP: Eye of the Storm key? Shouldnt that read "Complete Tempest Keep" as you need a vial from the well of eternity(or was it sunwell) and not a key.. Remember that Eye of the Storm is a battleground, not a raid instance.. Also the correct name for Lady Vashj's instance is Serpentshire Caverns
