Error de steam

:S el problema esq no puedo ni abrir stam para recargar....
¿Que tengo que hacer?

Prueba:
reiniciar steam o,
borrar clientregistery.blob (carpeta Steam) y reiniciar steam o,
reiniciar pc o,
.
.
.

Deberias pillarle el gusto al format C ahora ques el pc es nuevo. Reinstala steam, por probar...

eso es que el steam se está ejecutando ya, prueba desinstalando el tuneup
