Problema cs go

Muy buenas!! Tengo un problema con el csgo.. es la primera vez que me sale esto y la verdad no tengo ni puta idea de que es... Incluso borre el cs y steam y lo volvi a instalar y me sigue saliendo..
Alguien me dice que es y por que me sale ? tiene alguna solucion ? Gracias
