NexGen Engine for GTA4

Rockstar North has had development kits since August 2005. Rockstar North has developed a completely new Game engine for GTA 4 on the PS3. They use the high data transfer range of the CELL CCU to use RSX GPU at the same time and Blu ray Disc around several Streams of game information. The city in GTA 4 will look as realistic as a real city, equally humans are to behave more realistically.

The Rockstar reps explained that the game was running on RAGE, the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine. This is the graphics technology gamers are to expect from future Rockstar games, including the next "GTA."

Esa noticia no es del todo correcta, ya q ese engine, a parte de no se algo exclusivo de PS3, no es nada nuevo, de hecho Table Tennis ya hace uso de ese engine, y tanto Xbox360 como PS3 lo utilizaran para GTAIV, lo q esta por ver es cual de las dos le sacara mayor partido.

Debe estar de moda poner posts de juegos multiplataforma (o incluso exclusivos de 360) con lo de "[PS3]", porque lo flipo...

Yo tengo el Table Tennis y la verdad es que el motorcillo no está mal.

El tema sera ver como se porta el RAGE en escenarios como son los de los GTA, q no tienen nada q ver con los de Table Tennis.
