Traigo cositas del subreddit de FNC:
Alliopodcast (Eros and Axineas) about FNC
Eros started by saying there's a 70% on FNC staying the same for summer. He also says they're doing "weird moves" with indirect questions to the teams they're inquiring about (when asking to some players), nothing defining tho, but he says he will try to be more transparent this offseason and tell things if there's something worth to share.
Then, Axineas started talking about what Melzhet said about FNC on esportmaniacos (I know there's a post already on the sub about it).
He feels like Melzhet is wrong on "blaming the staff" even if he didn't want to put it that way.
He says that FNC has had very good coaches throughout all this time and nothing has changed. The fact that FNC has less staff than GX or MKOI's academy teams looks kinda unbelievable at this point.
He thinks that FNC should've kept the academy, as they were benefiting out of it in the past, remarking that people don't know how important is to have an academy as a LEC team. His take is that the problem is something intrinsical on the club and there's people on the org that don't have a clear view on what to do.
Finally, he says that if he was there, he would fire 2 players day 1 after bringing it up with the coaches. And if the coaches didn't like the idea he would fire them too and bring another staff. Attitude and discipline have to be "a must" on a team like FNC. "If you're the best player in the world but you can't perform, you have to go".
Axi was an ex-worker on FNC when it had the academy on Spain, so I felt this was worth to share. Have a good day!

From memory: he doesn't want to throw anyone under the bus but some players in the team need to try harder. It's not that the others aren't working, they already have 11 hour work days, but if you want to win the title you have to do more. He thinks Grabbz as a coach is mostly reasonable. Calling the team out during the press conference probably won't do anything though, to win the players need to want it really bad and that's something that just needs to come from within themselves. He still thinks the players they have are good but isn't sure if the team will stay the same for summer. It's good that Koi could improve enough to win a title since it shows how competitive the league is right now. He wants to stay on Fnatic as long as possible.
That's all I remember, the rest was just him playing League and Magic.
