FlyQuest have been accepted into the 2018 NA LCS as a permanent partner, according to sources close to the league and team.
Owned by Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Wesley Edens and the Fortress Gaming Investment group, the team started and have stuck to being only dedicated to League of Legends. According to ESPN, FlyQuest pursued an Overwatch League spot but ultimately did not join Blizzard for Season 1 of the Overwatch League.
The team will pay $5 million upon entrance and then another $5 million over a period of time to join the NA LCS.
