resulta q ando creando un clan y al intentar subir el logo me el siguiente error:

Fallo subiendo tu foto
según las propiedades de mi logo es de 649x69 y ocupa unos 20kb (creo q está dentro de los límites permitidos), he probado a subirlo en .gif y en .jpg pero no hay manera.
q puede ocurrir?
algún admin q me sepa responder? thx
