Roban la C4!

Hola, seguramente la mayoria ya lo sepais, pero para los que no, os comento que hace unas semanas robaron todos los archivos de C4, por lo que en breves ya salen los servers denominados como "oficiales privados".

Entonces, todos recordareis el mítico servidor de C1 llamado Katsu; pues bien, este abre de nuevo con los míticos GMs de siempre.

Ademas, esta vez si, se podra jugar FULL C4 y cuando salga C5 es muy muy probable que se implemente el C5 SIN errores.
Este server contará de unos rates de entre 6x a 9x (los que juegan en privados perrys, juegan en un C2-C3 modeado, y en C4 los rates "augmentan", asi pues, corresponderia a un 12-15x en server perry.

Aquí os dejo una breve entrevista a un GM en inglés.

Question: This will be the 3rd time katsu will be re-launched what do you think makes it different this time?

Answer: The fact that there is no development of L2J. This is not a modded C1 server either which required a lot of maintenence and work to make it operate "like" a real c4 server, This will in fact be, a real c4 server.

Question: Who is on the development team at this moment, and what are the plans are you planning to do any editing in the retail files or will it be exactly like retail?

Answer: Right now the development team consists of Shawnmb, Travezy, and me. The retail files will stay pretty much the same, except we plan to add most of the modifications that the first katsu server had, which include things like low c grade armor and weapons in shops, and probably soulshots in shops up to b grade. All of that, however, is still in the beginning stages.

Question: What makes you different then other servers that claim to have obtained the C4 retail files?

Answer: Had to edit this answer due some issues with niggah spliteyez, it just has to do with C5 and a server and beeing one of firsts, you fantasize further on.

Question: Is there any idea what rates you are going for ?

Answer: They will be varied, not the same all the way across .. and they will probably be in the range of anywhere from 6x to 9x

Question: After the last 2 Katsu's, i just have to ask What is your guys stance on dual boxing will you allow it like on retail?

Answer: Our stance will be to have as minimal game intervention as possible just like retail GM's. There will definitely be a "tag" system or 3 strike system that will ultimately result in
-1) your account being warned.
-2) your account being suspended for a week.
-3) your account being banned.

However, we are not going to simply ignore the players. In fact, we should be able to fully implement the retail petition system.

Question: Wouldnt it be just better to implent the anti-bot system that most servers like L2 Paradise - L2Myst have?

Answer: No, because we feel it's necessary for the economy to have private stores which can be run by walker so that players do not have to run multiple clients in order to play their main character at the same time.
That does not, however, give them free reign to use walker outside of towns, and it someone is caught using it outside of town, appropriate actions will be taken with their account.

Question: Will there be crafting, like on retail? a grade toi quest, s grade weapon/armor quest stuff like that?

Answer: Everything that is in retail right now, we will have Raid bosses, Valakas, Antharas, Baium, all quests and all content all skills will work.

Question: Do you have any idea when you can start beta testing for your self, and when it opens up for closed/open beta for the public?

Answer: Beta testing will hopefully begin tonight assuming that our server provider has our box ready. Closed beta hopefully can begin this weekend or the beginning of next week.

Question: Allright, do you feel theres anything else left we should know about that could give us a big e-c0ck?

Answer: Lmao. All I can say is that people will shit their pants when they see what our server looks like. It will be so incredible that they will not be able to believe it.
