Bueno, después de reposar un mes la duología de Crossbell, empiezo Trails of Cold Steel.
Me alegra que los siguientes arcos no vayan a ser 4 juegos como en Cold Steel, porque me da un perezote curioso tanto juego por arco.

Easy Allies: I know you get this question a lot, so this is not going to be a new one for you, but I know a lot of very passionate Legend of Heroes fans would love to play the Crossbell games (The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki and The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki). Is there any chance of getting an official localization that people could enjoy?

Kondo: “The thing about both of those games is that they were originally developed for PSP in Japan, and then later on they received what’s called the Evolution versions of them in Japan, but the point is is that they’re no longer able to be played on modern console(s). So what we want to do as a company—what we’re actually starting to prepare for—is to be able to bring both of those games to modern console(s). So right now it’s still in the very early stages and there’s not much to be said about it, but as we do this and as those plans become a little bit more solidified, we would like to absolutely start talks with foreign publishers and things, and get that conversation going to bring these games finally out to fans here in the west.”

Todos aquellos que de momento no hayan querido tirar de tradufan van a llegar a un CS3 con un montón de referencias de Crossbell y sin enterarse de nada. Es una lástima que esto no llegase antes.

The Switch has been a big platform in the past few years now. Are there any plans to bring other Falcom games to the platform at all, following Ys 8's release last year?

Switch is an incredible platform we like, but the truth is that we don't have the knowhow to really develop for Switch. Plus we're, fairly convinced that our main user base is actually located on the PlayStation platform. That said, you know, thanks to working with Nippon Ichi Software in Japan and then NIS America over here, we were able to bring one of our games to Switch and obviously we want to grow the brands as much as we can and put it out as much as we can. So in the future, if we have the opportunity to have our games ported by other other companies to Nintendo Switch, it's something we would definitely be happy to pursue.

And as a gamer myself, as an aside, I personally love the Switch. In Japan when this question comes up, it always, we get this weird thing where it's like "Falcom doesn't want to work on Switch," or "Falcom doesn't like Switch," or something. And that's not... The plain and simple truth of it all is that we just don't have the knowhow and the ability to be able to work on Switch games right now.

#1456 ¿Y entonces como hicieron el port de Ys VIII y porque hoy se ha anunciado van a traer el juego de móviles?

Compro totalmente lo de que la base de jugadores está en PlayStation y entendería que por ello no se quieran arriesgar a traer algun Kiseki a Switch, pero lo de que no saben como desarrollar en la consola no sé no sé...

No acabo de entender realmente el motivo. Es que por mucho que la base esté en PS, el mercado de Switch (y más en japón) es enorme y más de portátil.... me he pasado el primer trails en pc y empecé el segundo, pero la falta de tiempo o las ganas de ponerme delante del PC hacen que lo acabe abandonando. En Switch se que estaría ahí siempre aunque fuera para 10 min (y luego acabar estando 3 horas)....
